Іn a new report launched ahead of World AIDS Day, UNAIDS issued a stark warning today that if leaders fail to tackle inequalities the world could face 7.7 million.

A report authored by our experts has been published, devoted to the results of a qualitative study of the behavior of people living with HIV/AIDS and the behavior of people injecting drugs, taking into account changes in the current drug scene.

The start of the program was the result of joint activities of the Health Center of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Institute on Public Health Policy in the framework of the project "Prison Interventions and HIV Prevention Collaboration".

The overarching aim of this assessment was to analyse the extent to which TB-associated stigma prevents the patients from accessing TB testing services, treatment and prevention services as well as its impact on the process of service delivery. The study also aimed to developing recommendations on eradicating TB-associated stigma in Ukraine.

Researchers of the Ukrainian Institute on Public Health Policy took part in the Conference on Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis of HIV, which was held online on June 9-11^th.
